Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graduate Management Trainee at PInterview. The Graduate Management Trainee will support day-to-day operations across functions such as marketing, product, customer success, and business development. Responsibilities include assisting with market research, analyzing user feedback, preparing reports and presentations, and helping to improve internal processes. The role involves coordinating with interviewers and clients, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of online mock interview sessions. The trainee will also contribute to content creation, social media initiatives, and basic data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. This position is designed to provide broad exposure to the business and a structured learning environment for early-career professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, professionals, and industry experts.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data, spreadsheets, and summarizing insights for reports.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Interest in edtech, career development, or HR/recruitment domains, with a willingness to learn about interview preparation and consulting services.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms, productivity suites, collaboration tools) and readiness to adapt to new software.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Business, Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as within a distributed team.
- Prior internship or project experience in operations, marketing, HR, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
