Role Overview
We’re looking for a Graduate Management Trainee (Intern) who’s curious, proactive, and enjoys being in the middle of action.
This isn’t a “watch and learn” internship. You’ll be speaking to creators, working on growth, and getting real exposure to how a startup runs across teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work on live projects across growth, marketing, and operations
- Connect with creators and support onboarding & engagement
- Help drive acquisition efforts (yes, you’ll actually talk to users)
- Track tasks, follow up, and keep things moving
- Look at data, spot patterns, and suggest improvements
- Sit in on discussions and contribute ideas (your voice matters here)
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who takes initiative (we love “I’ll figure it out” energy)
- Good communication skills and comfort talking to people
- Basic Excel/PowerPoint knowledge
- Interest in startups, creators, or growth roles
- Ability to multitask and keep up with a fast-paced environment
