Key Purpose: We are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused individual who brings strong customer-facing experience and has worked closely in field roles such as sales, business development, or operations. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to close or support revenue-generating deals, is comfortable with travel and on-ground execution, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced startup or early-stage environments. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who is outcome-oriented, adaptable, and willing to navigate ambiguity to deliver results.
Key responsibilities involved: An ideal PM profile would be - A junior but hungry executor who has been close to customers, has chased outcomes, and is comfortable with messy, on-groundwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Go-To-Market, Marketing & Sales Strategy.
- Market & Competition Analysis: Research industry trends, carbon markets, and competitor strategies to provide insights for business growth.
- Product & Pricing Models: Develop financial models, sensitivity analysis, for Biochar based soil nutrition, viability of carbon offset and carbon credit projects and investment opportunities.
- Technology & Innovation: Collaborate with Technology teams for biocarbon business digital infrastructure including platform for biochar sales & credit generation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse, interpret and report data related to carbon credits, sustainability reports, and financial performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams and leadership to align business strategies with Project outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to global and national regulations for carbon certification standards and soil applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration in Sales & Marketing, Finance, General Management from a reputed B-school like IIMA, B, C or XLRI, Symbios (SIBM), SP Jain etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial & Enthusiastic
Travelling Requirements: 30%-40% depending on Project requirements.
