Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Engineering Trainee in Sales, based in Pune. The role involves supporting sales operations, assisting in project proposals, and coordinating with various departments such as engineering and manufacturing. The trainee will analyze technical requirements, communicate with clients, and contribute to achieving sales targets through relationship building and understanding market needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and internal coordination
- Analytical Skills for understanding market trends, customer needs, and technical data
- Basic knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles
- Project Management abilities to ensure timely completion of tasks and smooth execution of client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Prior internship experience or exposure to sales and manufacturing is an added advantage
