Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Engineering Trainee role located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will contribute to engineering and design projects by utilizing technical knowledge to support key functions such as project planning, analysis, modeling, and documentation. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on BIM-related tasks, analyzing project data, and participating in the execution of real-world engineering solutions in architectural, structural, mechanical, or manufacturing domains.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering principles
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills for effective teamwork and problem-solving
- Exposure to Project Management basics and ability to coordinate tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to design and construction processes
- Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and eagerness to learn BIM technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
