Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Engineering Trainee located in Faridabad. The Graduate Engineering Trainee will support engineering projects related to manufacturing and industrial processes. Responsibilities include assisting in research and development, learning manufacturing and mechanical engineering principles, performing data analysis, and supporting project implementation under senior engineers' guidance. Additionally, the trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings clearly
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and solve problems effectively
- Basic understanding of Project Management practices and methodologies
- Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic projects in industrial automation and manufacturing
- Familiarity with emerging technologies like Robotics, IoT, and Industry 4.0 is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is required
