Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Graduate Engineering Trainee. The trainee will engage in tasks such as supporting engineering projects, performing technical analysis, and contributing to the design, testing, and implementation of engineering systems and processes. They will also be involved in problem-solving, project management tasks, and collaborating with team members to improve product performance and efficiency. This entry-level position will provide hands-on experience and skill development in engineering practices and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and reporting
- Analytical skills to assess technical problems, propose solutions, and interpret data
- Project Management skills to support planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering tasks
- Knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering processes and techniques
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, including basic design and system analysis
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
