Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graduate Engineering Trainee located in Bengaluru. The Graduate Engineering Trainee will be involved in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing or mechanical engineering processes. Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing tasks within assigned projects, and gaining hands-on experience in core mechanical and engineering operations. The trainee will also contribute to identifying and resolving engineering challenges through critical thinking and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to assess and resolve engineering or operational challenges efficiently.
- Basic knowledge in Project Management to handle assignments and meet deadlines effectively.
- Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering principles and processes.
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering concepts and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic engineering environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with industry tools and software is a plus.
