Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Analyst located in Bengaluru. The Junior Analyst will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support management in decision-making. Daily tasks include generating reports, identifying trends, evaluating performance metrics, and contributing actionable insights. Additionally, the Junior Analyst will work closely with team members across departments to optimize processes and achieve objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with other data visualization tools
- Understanding of business processes, data management, and performance evaluation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams
- Ability to work on-site and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages is a plus
- An aptitude for learning new tools and staying updated with industry trends
