Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Engineering Trainee based in Hyderabad. The trainee will actively support various engineering projects, assist in the design and manufacturing process, and participate in evaluating and improving technical systems. The role will demand analyzing data, problem-solving, and effective communication across teams to ensure successful project execution. Exposure to hands-on engineering practices and cross-functional teamwork will be integral to daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering foundations, with knowledge of design, materials, and process optimization
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring engineering activities
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate data, troubleshoot issues, and enhance efficiency
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, present findings, and document progress
- Adaptability to learn new technologies and approaches in a fast-paced engineering environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field
- Prior internship or hands-on experience in engineering projects is an advantage
