Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graduate Engineering Trainee, based in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The trainee will contribute to engineering operations through activities like assisting in manufacturing and mechanical engineering projects, conducting analyses, and supporting project management tasks. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute engineering processes and problem-solving for operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams
- Proven Analytical Skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with Project Management processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and willingness to commute to the Greater Delhi Area as required
- Interest in learning and leveraging emerging engineering technologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
