We are seeking engineering candidates in their first year after graduation from multiple disciplines:

• Mechanical
• Chemical

Our work experience will provide you, as a recent college graduate, with a unique opportunity to jumpstart your engineering career. You will develop skills by receiving immediate experience and mentorship from experienced managers and engineers on key projects. We also support our employees in their career growth with educational and training opportunities.

GETs will follow prescribed procedures and perform tasks, such as preliminary research, initial drawings or diagrams, and design modification and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of technical principles, theories, and concepts.
• Develop solutions to technical problems.
• Have opportunities to receive training and mentoring from trained experienced engineers.
• Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
• Work cross functionally across the project and proposal teams.
• Completing all tasks set by the supervisor and assisting wherever possible.
• Enhance practical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills through experience.
• Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
• Conducting research and collating data.
• Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
• Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Attending meetings and workshops.
• Compiling reports and delivering presentations to staff members and other stakeholders.

Activities to include:

• Write technical reports and create drawings and designs used in the installation and commissioning of our projects.
• Contribute to our products with efficiency and quality improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

The preferred candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering - Electrical, Mechanical, and Chemical.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to communicate within the organization and with worldwide suppliers.
• Be well-organized, result oriented, and competent with high integrity and work ethic with time management skills to adapt to unexpected changes, customer emergencies, field support and priority changes.
