Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – IT Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) for the IT Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities, client coordination, lead generation, market research, and promotion of IT products and solutions across corporate, government, education, and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and business development activities
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Coordinate with clients for meetings, follow-ups, and requirement gathering
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain customer databases and sales records
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities when required
- Work closely with internal technical and operations teams
- Participate in product demonstrations and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT products and solutions
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required
- Quick learner with positive attitude and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, software, or cybersecurity solutions
- Knowledge of government tendering or B2B sales will be an added advantage
Career Growth:
The trainee will undergo structured training and performance evaluation and may be absorbed into Sales
Executive / Business Development roles based on performance.
