Role & Responsibilities
- Ability to read & understand engineering drawings.
- Will be responsible for Daily Work Management (DWM).
- Will be Interface with suppliers for engineering development in terms of jigs/fixtures
- Involvement in daily process troubleshooting and finding out solutions for the same.
- Responsible for line balancing, cycle time study & work distribution
- Involvement in improvement of overall equipment efficiency
- productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities/Ideas
- Examine the needs for training and create the suitable documents training to departmental personnel.
- Patrol inspection as per the control plan and implementation of action plan on the failure areas
- Involvement in implementing of Kaizens.
11. Study the process and generate Zero defect ideas. Present ideas to management on monthly basis.
12. New Lines installation.
B.Tech (Electrical & Mechanical) Pass outs of 2026 will be given preference
