Role Description
The Graduate Engineer Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South. The trainee will engage in technical projects, assist senior engineers, perform research and analysis, and contribute to problem-solving and innovation. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, supporting quality checks, and participating in team meetings to understand complex engineering processes and solutions. This role aims to provide hands-on experience across various engineering functions, helping to build a foundation for a successful engineering career.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical skills, including problem-solving, engineering fundamentals, and basic design principles
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, conduct research, and apply mathematical and scientific knowledge to engineering tasks
- Familiarity with tools or software relevant to your field of engineering
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on challenges
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines)
- Internship experience or exposure to engineering projects during academic training is advantageous
