Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Engineer Trainee, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The trainee will support the production and operational processes, collaborating with senior engineers to prepare technical documentation, oversee manufacturing workflows, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include machine operation support, troubleshooting, input for process optimization, and assisting in applying quality control protocols. Qualifications
- Understanding of CNC machining, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Basic knowledge in quality control, including familiarity with measurement tools and precision standards
- Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams
- Willingness to work on-site in a dynamic manufacturing environment and adapt to new tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a relevant field
- Internship or prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus
