Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Graduate Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects, including HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting senior engineers with technical drawings and documentation, coordinating with site teams and vendors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves conducting basic calculations, preparing reports, participating in site inspections, and supporting commissioning and testing activities. The Graduate Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and learn company processes and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines, preferably with a bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech).
- Understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing; basic familiarity with electro-mechanical contracting and project workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; exposure to CAD or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply engineering concepts to practical site situations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients on-site.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with EHS standards.
- Willingness to work on-site at project locations, including field visits, inspections, and supervision activities.
- Proactive learning attitude, adaptability, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
