The role

This is not a consumer call-centre role. It is B2B support inside a live software platform.
What you’ll do
• work on tickets raised by business customers
• help investigate and coordinate issue resolution
• support live customer workflows
• track issues clearly and communicate updates
• work with internal teams to move issues forward
• learn how a real SaaS platform operates day to day
• build strong habits in structure, communication, ownership, and accountability
