We are looking for a sharp, multi-disciplinary Graduate Associate to work directly with the Founder. In the MEP industry, projects move fast and require a mix of technical precision and commercial savvy. You will act as the "right hand" to the leadership, helping transition the firm from engineering concepts to market-leading execution. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate who wants to see the "business side" of engineering early in their career.
The Profile We’re Looking For
Educational Background: A recent degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Business/Architecture with a strong interest in the built env
ironment.
The "Swiss Army Knife" Mindset: You are equally comfortable reading a technical floor plan as you are designing a logo or building a spreadsheet.
Software Savvy:
Engineering: Awareness of AutoCAD or Revit (BIM) is a plus.
Design: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma.
Data: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic macros).
Tech: Proficient in using AI technology to generate results.
Communication: Exceptional writing skills to draft "Nearby Engineers" style documentation and professional correspondence.
What’s In It For You?
Direct Mentorship: Work daily with the Founder, gaining insights that usually take 10 years to
acquire.
Holistic Growth: Develop a rare profile that combines engineering logic with business development and creative design.
Impact: Your research and designs will be the face of the firm in front of developers and architects.
