Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Graduate Apprentice Trainee position located in Chennai. The role involves gaining hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing processes, learning to operate and manage advanced production equipment, and supporting quality assurance and assembly line processes. The trainee will work closely with various teams, contribute to problem-solving, and ensure smooth production workflows while adhering to industry best practices and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, including assembly and testing
- Basic technical skills in operating manufacturing equipment and familiarity with printed circuit board (PCB) production
- Competence in problem-solving and critical thinking in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Open to learning and adapting to new technologies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering or technical field
- Previous exposure to manufacturing environments or internships is a plus
