Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated developers with strong computer science fundamentals who are interested in building AI-driven fintech products and scalable backend systems.
In this role, you will work on payment platforms, AI-powered services, and distributed backend systems that power real-world financial transactions.
This role offers the opportunity to work on modern technologies including AI systems, payment architectures, and cloud-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop backend services and APIs for payment platforms
• Build AI-powered systems for fraud detection, risk analysis, and payment intelligence
• Develop scalable microservices using modern backend frameworks
• Work with data pipelines and AI models to build intelligent financial systems
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design high-performance distributed systems
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and system design discussions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable production-grade code
• Participate in debugging, performance optimization, and system monitoring
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Basic knowledge of backend development and REST APIs
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and version control (Git)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and a passion for AI and fintech systems are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with the following experience will have an advantage:
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend development
• Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning fundamentals
• Understanding of payment systems, fintech platforms, or financial transactions
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker)
• Personal or academic projects related to AI, backend systems, or fintech
