Role Description
AgroNest Ventures is seeking a Graduate Agricultural Research and Training Assistant for a full-time hybrid role based in Sambalpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves conducting research on agricultural practices, assisting in developing training programs for farmers, facilitating workshops, and providing on-the-ground support to improve productivity and sustainability in agriculture. The assistant will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting to aid in decision-making.
Qualifications
- Skills in Training & Development and conducting Training sessions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with farmers and stakeholders
- Excellent Organization Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate training activities efficiently
- Passion for agriculture, sustainability, and making a positive community impact
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience in an agricultural or training environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with regional farming practices is highly preferred
