About The Role

We’re looking for a curious and driven Marketing Associate to support daily marketing operations, content creation, and community interaction at Gradient. You’ll gain hands-on experience while contributing directly to the growth of a mission-driven team.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast and work across multiple functions in a fast-evolving space.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation across social platforms, blog, and events
• Help coordinate community engagement and campaigns
• Support the team on marketing analytics, research, and growth experiments
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver consistent messaging
• Engage with early adopters and contributors online
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Interest in emerging technologies, AI, or technical storytelling
• Familiarity with content creation and digital platforms (X, Notion, Discord, etc.)
• Bonus: experience with marketing tools or prior internships in tech/startups
