<li>Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Handle all customer complaints and issues.</li>
<li>Train and mentor customer service representatives.</li>
<li>Appointment setter</li>
<li>Advising customers regarding insurance </li>

<li>3+ years of experience working in the Insurance field.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Licenses required for Property & Casualty and Life & Disability </li>
