Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying and analyzing existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement - Participate in the design and implementation of new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity - Support the execution of cross-functional projects by contributing to project planning, stakeholder management, and progress tracking - Leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of process improvements - Collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements and propose innovative solutions - Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge-sharing initiatives Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in English, both written and verbal Why Grab?
