You will report to the Manager, Markets Growth and work onsite in Petaling Jaya Get to Know the Role We are looking for Markets Growth Assistant Manager to join our Regional Markets Growth team. As a cluster lead, you will play a pivotal role in identifying main growth priorities for your markets through data-driven insights and collaborate across functional teams to implement growth plans. Your strong logical reasoning and structured approach will be essential as you navigate market research, trend analysis and performance metrics to fine-tune growth plans. In this role, embracing an 'always day one' mindset is critical as we adapt and innovate to remain at the forefront of growth. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Strategic Planning: You will leverage market performance metrics, local insights and user research to identify main gaps and/or opportunities in user growth for your markets. Lead select prioritized growth problem spaces and design solutions to drive immediate user impact for the year. Performance monitoring: You will routinely monitor key growth indicators to assess health across the consumer funnel. Support analyses to identify quick actions to bridge any gap. Execution Excellence: You will drive the execution of growth experiments, working closely with Marketing and Operations teams. Ensure alignment on success metrics, timelines and resource allocation. You will conduct post-mortem analysis to fine-tune / scale experiments. Stakeholder management: You will maintain frequent and open communication with country teams, serving as the key bridge between local and regional teams. Ensure local business nuances are understood and regional learnings are shared with the local teams. Continuous Innovation: You will role model a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team. Lead with a focus on encouraging creative approaches and calculated risk-taking to achieve breakthrough growth solutions.
