About the role
Define and document IT demand and project processes, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategy.
Establish and maintain process governance with policy, objectives, metrics, and controls.
Continuously maintain and improve process performance to support business and IT needs.
Manage and enable all process stakeholders, including business partners, product owners, service owners, business stakeholders, and practitioners.
Ensure IT process risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated, and that IT process compliance is verified and audited.
Provide IT process and project management training, guidance, and support to IT staff and business users.
Own and develop toolkits, quality gates, automations, and analytics to support the process.
