We work with a wide network of writers, designers, and entrepreneurs around the country, creating impact in media, journalism and e-commerce. About the Role We're looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Business Development & Project Manager. This role blends strategy and execution — you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching to potential clients, and seeing projects through from ideation to delivery. Project Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients once a project is confirmed. Collaborate with internal creative, production, and logistics teams to plan and execute events. Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and communications end-to-end. Ensure quality control and that deliverables meet client expectations. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working on a commission-based structure. A solid network in the creative/brand/events/experiential space is a big plus. As a Goya team member, you will: · Collaborate with some of the biggest brands in the country · Learn to grow a small, nimble and lean business in a field that is new and exciting · Be instrumental in preserving India's incredible food culture
