Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Mumbai for a Government Tender Specialist focusing on Horticulture Services. The specialist will coordinate and strategize with government and public sector entities to identify, pursue, and secure government tenders related to horticulture services. Tasks include maintaining relationships with relevant officials, preparing tender documents, analyzing tender requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and following up on submissions. The role requires strong engagement with local government bodies to secure contracts and drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Government Relations and proficient knowledge of Local Government operations and procedures
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills for preparing clear and persuasive tender submissions
- Expertise in navigating the Public Sector with the ability to establish and maintain professional networks
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with knowledge of government tendering processes
- Proficiency in using computer tools for documentation and research
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Horticulture, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the horticulture industry is an advantage
