Role Description
The Government Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales strategies and building relationships with government clients to promote and sell the company’s products and services. Key tasks include identifying prospective contracts, managing bidding processes, negotiating terms, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relations. Enlistment of company ans products in agencies like CPWD, PWD, MES, DRDO etc. will be the prime task. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular interaction with both new and existing government clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to engage effectively with government stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Ability to ensure high standards of Customer Satisfaction and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and tender documentation is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
