Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Government Sales professional to grow TrustGrid’s presence
across government departments, ministries, and public sector organizations in India and
global markets.
The role involves government sales, opportunity tracking, tender participation, and
strategic relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales for TrustGrid solutions across central and state government departments,
ministries, PSUs, and public institutions
• Identify, track, and pursue relevant opportunities across platforms such as GeM, CPPP,
and state tender portals
• Participate in tenders, RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, and related bidding processes
• Build and manage relationships with government stakeholders, decision-makers, and
ecosystem partners
• Engage with system integrators, consulting firms, and partners for joint opportunities
• Understand client requirements and position TrustGrid’s solutions through
consultative discussions and presentations
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure consistent follow-ups and
progress
Requirements
• 3–8 years of experience in government / public sector sales or IT solution sales
• Experience working with or selling to government departments or public sector
organizations
• Familiarity with government procurement and tendering processes
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate long sales cycles and work independently
Preferred:
• Experience in GovTech, enterprise IT, cybersecurity, or digital transformation
solutions
• Experience in blockchain-related solutions is a plus
• Exposure to working with system integrators or partnership-led sales
