Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Government Sales Manager. The role involves managing government accounts, driving business development, executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will foster strong relationships with government clients, develop strategic business plans, and meet sales targets while maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's product offerings and aligning them with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Processes and a solid understanding of sales dynamics
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and client relationship management
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic account management
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and achieving targeted revenue
- Expertise in Account Management with the ability to manage government sector clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of government procurement processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
