Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Government Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for driving and managing government sales, identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, preparing business strategies, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth through active management of sales processes and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Processes, Sales, and Account Management
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Prior experience in government sales or similar industries is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
