Role Description
The Government Sales Head will oversee government sales operations, focusing on promoting and expanding Abhay Health’s products and services within government channels. This full-time role, located on-site in Gurugram, involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, maintaining strong relationships with government stakeholders, and managing negotiations and contracts. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth in the government sector, and guiding the sales team to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with proven ability to drive revenue growth and business expansion
- Expertise in Account Management including fostering long-term relationships with government entities
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for market analysis, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making
- Experience in Team Management to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed objectives
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in government sales and knowledge of the healthcare industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus
