Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Government Sales & PSU

Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Professional to spearhead our growth within the Government and PSU sectors. You will be the bridge between our creative powerhouse and key decision-makers in Central and State ministries, ensuring our agency is the top choice for large-scale public awareness campaigns and digital mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new business from Central/State Government departments and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
- Tendering & Bidding: Lead the end-to-end E-Tendering process, including monitoring portals (GeM, etc.), preparing technical and financial bids, and ensuring compliance with complex documentation.
- Liaising: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with government officials, empanelment bodies (like CBC/BOC), and stakeholders to stay ahead of upcoming projects.
- Account Management: Manage existing government accounts, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and smooth payment collections (clearance of bills).
- Strategy: Tailor pitch presentations and communication strategies that align with government objectives and social impact goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in an Advertising Agency or Media House specifically handling government sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in the GeM portal, CVC guidelines, and the nuances of technical vs. financial bid evaluation.
- Network: An existing rolodex of contacts within key ministries or PSU corporate communications departments.
- Communication: Sharp presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex creative ideas for government committees.
- Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
