About the role

V2X seeks a Project Integrator to provide business services and related technical support services.

  • Independently provide business consulting and integration services to the Sponsor.
  • Provide daily oversight and upkeep to various information repositories including staffing and seating tables, org charts and contract dashboards via Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint instances.
  • Report on program progress, issues and resolutions as directed by the COTR or Sponsor leadership.
  • Concisely write and review corporate communications via Outlook e-mail or using the Sponsor’s mass-email SharePoint tool.
  • Develop, review, and deliver weekly status reports and other ad hoc client reports supporting Business Operations activities.
  •  Ability to generate PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, generate and update organizational charts, and the ability to merge and combine multiple presentations into concise briefings.
  • Ability to track and manage multiple tasks as well as respond to tasks in a timely manner.
  • Plan and facilitate technical, business, and integration meetings for staff and group.

Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

  • Proven experience developing and maintaining working relationships with senior staffers, integrators, product owners, and project/program managers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all team members to include senior staffers and contractors across different contracts
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, data organization
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Skills & Technology Used:

  • Microsoft Power BI visualization knowledge and skills (desired)
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum framework (desired)
