We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for the role of Group Head – Paid Social. The ideal candidate should come from a strong digital/media agency background with proven expertise in managing large-scale paid social campaigns across multiple client accounts along with strong people management capabilities.
Key Responsibilitie
- Lead and manage end-to-end paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Snapchat, and other social platforms
- Independently manage and oversee 2–3 large client accounts with strategic ownership
- Drive campaign planning, execution, optimization, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, analytics, and client servicing teams to deliver campaign objectives
- Mentor, guide, and manage a team of executives/managers to ensure high-quality execution and team development
- Build media strategies aligned with client business goals and KPIs
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure timely reporting, stakeholder communication, and client management
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and paid social best practices

Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing
- Mandatory: Candidate should have strong agency background with experience handling multiple client account
- Strong hands-on expertise in managing large-scale paid social campaign
- Proven experience in team handling and people managemen
- Strong understanding of media planning, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimizatio
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitie
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver business outcomes effectively.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to scale teams and processes.
