Job Title: Staff Accountant

Work Schedule: Night Shift | 11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time

Salary: Up to PHP 45,000+10% night differential

Summary (Why this Role Matters):

As a Staff Accountant, you will play an essential role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and contributing to the overall financial health of our clients' operations. Your attention to detail and financial expertise will empower our team to make informed decisions and support our clients effectively.

Key Duties:

• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports or statements.
• Perform complex account reconciliations.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Record routine or recurring transactions.
• Gather, review, and analyze statistical information.
• Make necessary corrections or adjustments to ensure accurate report information.
• Examine accounting information contained in reports and exhibits, and trace and reconcile unusual variances.
• Communicate with other members of the organization to answer accounting questions or resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience (Overview):

• Degree in an Accounting or Finance discipline.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• High level of attention to detail and precision.

Essential Skills (Tools/Tech):

• Experience with relevant accounting software and tools.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degrees and certifications are preferred.

Stakeholders:

• Internal & external team interaction visibility with clients.
