About the Job
Key Duties:
Develop and Execute a Winning Product Strategy
- Conduct in-depth market research to align product direction with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap to ensure alignment across teams.
- Outline a strategic plan to address market demands and client requirements effectively.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy.
- Foster a collaborative environment with open communication to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Act as the primary point of contact between development, marketing, and sales to align product objectives.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to enhance continuous improvement and value delivery.
Client-Centric Product Management
- Engage directly with clients through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and user testing.
- Gather and prioritize feature requests based on customer input to continuously refine and improve the product.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
- Utilize analytics and user feedback to monitor product performance and optimize future releases.
AI Utilization and Implementation
- Develop and implement AI solutions, including the creation and deployment of AI agents, to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Skills and Experience
Essential Skills:
- Strong leadership with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to create and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience managing Agile development teams.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to gather and prioritize customer and market requirements effectively.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and Agile frameworks.
- Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
