Medical Data Entry Specialist (PHP 20K + Onsite + FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite | Day Shift (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PH Time, Mondays - Fridays)

In this role, your mission is to accurately transfer and document medical information, ensuring high-quality evidence for veteran disability claims. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Accurately transferring and paraphrasing information from medical questionnaires into official forms.
  • Reviewing rating guidelines to understand benefit qualification criteria.
  • Estimating possible benefit ratings based on medical details.
  • Consistently meeting quality and productivity goals after training.
  • Maintaining accurate daily records of completed tasks.
  • Communicating professionally with veterans and team members.
  • Following all written and verbal instructions carefully.


This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

  • Administrative or clerical work experience (especially in the medical field like scribing, transcription, or medical record handling) is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior use of tools like a CRM system, Outlook, Monday.com, and cloud-based file-sharing platforms is beneficial.


Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
  • Ability to manage file downloads/uploads and work within various digital platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, particularly for editing and formatting PDF form fields (preferred).


Non-Negotiables:

  • Exceptional English writing, editing, and paraphrasing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail (at least 85% accuracy).
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking and navigating multiple computer programs simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and capable of self-learning from written and video materials.
  • College diploma or equivalent (required).


Bonus Points:

  • Administrative or clerical work experience in the medical field.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, including PDF form field formatting.

Compensation: ₱20,000

Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PH Time), Mondays - Fridays

Work Setup: Onsite - IT Park, Cebu City
