Customer Service Specialist – Manufacturing Industry

Location:: WFH (Remote)

Schedule: 11 PM - 8 AM PH Time (Night Shift)

Salary: Up to PHP 40,000 (depending on experience)

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist – Manufacturing Industry to support our sales team by managing sales orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce, and collaborating with production to track order timelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while optimizing sales processes.

Key Duties

  • Sales Order Management: Enter and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, managing customer data, and tracking orders
  • CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and maintain up-to-date records
  • Production Coordination: Work closely with the production team to track order timelines and provide customers with timely updates on their orders.
  • Sales Meetings Participation: Actively participate in sales meetings, providing insights and updates on customer orders and sales activities.
  • Data Accuracy & Reporting: Ensure all customer and order data is recorded accurately, generating reports when needed.
  • Phone & Email Management: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Accounts Management: Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts by building strong relationships, understanding needs, ensuring timely service delivery, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to add value.

Skills & Experience

  • Manufacturing customer service experience. Preferably with some production planning exposure
  • Preferably with Account management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of sales calls and customer interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, production, and operational teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments


Essential Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and efficient CRM data management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with other business applications (unspecified but implied)
