In this role, your mission is to ensure the quality and performance of essential systems. You will make a direct impact by:

• Conducting thorough functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee the delivery of superior quality.
• Identifying, documenting, and resolving defects while collaborating closely with development teams to streamline issue resolution.
• Facilitating workshops and discussions to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements that enhance overall user experience.

This Role Is for You If...

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance professional, preferably in Salesforce and Financial Services domains.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies.

• Compensation: Up to ₱85,000 Base Salary
• Schedule: 7 AM–4 PM PH Time, Monday–Friday
