Summary: We are seeking for an Admin Assistant & Data Reports Analyst who is responsible for collecting and analyzing key business data to support decision-making across the organization. This role involves understanding relevant systems, interpreting data, and producing insightful reports while ensuring compliance with education standards.

Key Duties:
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze key business data to support decision-making across the business.
- Understand relevant systems, such as Salesforce and Genesys, and extract key raw data.
- Interpret data and analyze results to produce valuable business insights.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators within complex data sets.
- Detect anomalies in complex data sets.
- Filter and clean data to ensure accuracy.
Reporting:
- Produce reports that convert raw data into insights that are comprehensible for end users.
- Utilize analyzed data to create reports that enhance business decision-making and are user-friendly.
- Innovate reporting capabilities using more powerful reporting methods and tools.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to education standards, including RTO, Higher Education, and CRICOS requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in compliance processes.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data collection and analysis.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization software.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements in the education sector.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Genesys, and other relevant data management systems.
- Advanced skills in data analysis software and Microsoft Excel.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
