We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented F&B - Executive/Sr. Executive who will be responsible
for conducting comprehensive audits of the F&B operations across all goSTOPS properties, with a specific focus on kitchen compliance, hygiene standards, SOP adherence, inventory processes, and staff training. This person will play a key role in ensuring that our kitchens operate at the highest standards of quality and safety, aligned with internal and statutory norms.
Responsibilities
● Conduct regular F&B audits at all goSTOPS properties focusing on:
○ Kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance
○ Stock management and FIFO practices
○ Vendor practices and material storage
○ Kitchen staff SOP adherence (recipe, portion control, cleaning schedules, etc.)
○ Equipment usage and maintenance
● Identify gaps and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
● Maintain and update audit checklists, ensuring alignment with evolving compliance norms.
● Prepare detailed audit reports and dashboards using Excel and share with relevant
stakeholders.
● Train on-ground staff on hygiene practices, SOPs, inventory norms, and compliance policies.
● Work closely with the Operations teams to implement improvements.
● Ensure standardization across all kitchens in terms of process and quality.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
● 1–3 years of experience in F&B Operations, Kitchen Audits, or related fields.
● Strong knowledge of FSSAI norms, food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance.
● Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and audit documentation.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to conduct training and coordinate with property
teams.
● Willingness to travel extensively across India to different goSTOPS properties.
● Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
