Job Description:

The HR Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting our employees by ensuring accurate payroll, seamless benefits administration, and strict regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration:
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies quickly and with care
  • Collaborate with the CPCO & teams to manage compensation changes and reporting
  • Benefits Management:
  • Administer all employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans
  • Support employees through benefit questions and life events with clarity and compassion
  • Lead open enrollment and communicate benefit offerings effectively and empathetically
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Prepare and file payroll-related tax documents and year-end reports (e.g., W-2, ACA filings)
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and benefits regulations (FLSA, COBRA, ERISA, etc.)
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audits
