Internship Overview
We are seeking a C++/Python Software Engineer Intern to assist in the development and optimization of our GoTrade platform.
This is a paid internship that provides hands-on experience in high-performance financial applications, real-time data processing, and software development .
The intern will work closely with experienced engineers and contribute to real-world projects.
The position reports directly to the Head of Engineering and is based in the United States (remote applicants will also be considered).
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize the GoTrade solution using C++ and Python (Django) .
Assist in the implementation and improvement of our service architecture , including real-time data processing, visualization, and trading algorithms .
Collaborate with team members across different technologies and frameworks to integrate front-end and back-end components.
Support testing, debugging, and performance enhancements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in C++ and Python with an interest in high-performance application development .
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS .
Knowledge of database systems (preferably Postgres ) and real-time application technologies (WebSocket, Redis, ZMQ).
Interest in cloud computing solutions (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
