Role Overview
As a Google Workspace Architect, you will lead the technical strategy for our most complex enterprise clients. You are responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable collaboration environments and driving "Modern Work" transformations. You will act as a subject matter expert for Gemini for Workspace, ensuring clients leverage Generative AI to maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Strategy: Architect end-to-end Google Workspace solutions, including tenant migrations (M365/Zoho to GWS), hybrid-coexistence strategies, and complex organizational structures.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Design and deploy AI-driven workflows using Gemini Enterprise. Build custom low-code solutions via AppSheet and Apps Script to automate manual business processes.
- Security & Governance: Implement Zero Trust security models using Context-Aware Access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Vault. Ensure client environments meet regional compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Identity Management: Architect seamless SSO and identity lifecycle management integrations with Google Cloud Identity, Okta, or Azure AD.
- Partner Advocacy: Collaborate with Google’s internal product teams to provide feedback on roadmap items and stay ahead of "Beta" feature releases.
- Technical Consulting: Lead discovery workshops, perform environment health checks, and produce high-quality architectural blueprints and migration cut-over plans.
Technical Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Cloud Architecture, with at least 3 years focused exclusively on Google Workspace enterprise deployments.
- Certifications (Required): Associate Collaboration Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (Preferred)
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Google Workspace SKU transition (Business vs. Enterprise) and the Gemini AI licensing model.
- Migration Tools: Hands-on expertise with Google Workspace Migrate (GWM), CloudM, or BitTitan.
- Development: Proficiency in Apps Script (JavaScript) and a strong grasp of REST APIs for 3rd-party integrations.
