Job Opening: Google Workspace Enterprise Support EngineerLocation: Bangalore

We are hiring a technically strong and customer-focused Google Workspace Enterprise Support Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise collaboration, endpoint management, Chrome Enterprise, and Google Workspace security & administration. The candidate will work closely with enterprise customers to deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Google Workspace environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Google Workspace Enterprise environments
- Configure and manage:
- User lifecycle management
- Organizational Units (OUs)
- Groups and role-based access controls
- Advanced admin policies
- Manage and troubleshoot Google Endpoint Management / MDM for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS devices
- Deploy and manage Chrome Enterprise policies, browser management, kiosk mode, and ChromeOS devices
- Configure security and compliance controls including:
- Context-Aware Access
- 2-Step Verification
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- OAuth app controls
- Email security policies
- Support migration, onboarding, and integration activities related to Google Workspace
- Work on Gemini for Google Workspace enablement, adoption, and use-case demonstrations
- Conduct technical demos, customer workshops, and webinars
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to:
- Gmail
- Google Meet
- Drive
- SSO/SAML integrations
- Device policies
- Chrome management
- Coordinate with Google support and internal technical teams for escalations
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and deployment guides
Technical Skills Required- Strong expertise in:
- Google Workspace Administration
- Chrome Enterprise
- Google Admin Console
- Endpoint/MDM Management
- Google Workspace Security Policies
- Experience with:
- SAML / SSO integrations
- DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- User provisioning & identity management
- Device compliance and policy enforcement
- Good understanding of:
- Gemini for Google Workspace
- AI-powered workplace productivity tools
- Enterprise collaboration architecture
- Familiarity with scripting/automation is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Workspace support/administration
- Experience supporting enterprise customers
- Google Workspace certifications preferred
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and presentation skills
