Job Description; Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Groups, Admin Console).
- Manage user lifecycle activities: onboarding, offboarding, role‑based access, and organizational units.
- Configure and enforce security policies (2‑Step Verification, DLP, email routing, domain management).
- Manage Shared Drives, file ownership transfers, and access permissions.
- Monitor admin logs, alerts, and audit reports; troubleshoot issues and escalations.
- Handle third‑party app integrations and SSO (SAML/OAuth).
Slack Administration
- Administer Slack workspaces / Enterprise Grid.
- Manage users, channels, permissions, retention policies, and Slack Connect.
- Implement and govern channel naming standards, archiving, and workspace policies.
- Configure and support Slack workflows, bots, and app integrations.
- Monitor usage, security, and compliance controls.
