As the Digital Marketing & Research (DV 360) Senior Associate, you will be the Campaign Manager (CM) and expected to optimise high revenue campaigns that are set up in DV360 platform. The CM will be required to support the global Programmatic Specialists, Account Managers (AMs), Digital Media Manager (DMM) teams, and coordinate, analyze and perform campaign management activity. In addition, the CM will be the main point of contact for Programmatic Specialists to manage client campaigns effectively (to achieve client spend and performance targets). Position Responsibilities Understands and can explain the display ecosystem of ad networks, DSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad operations and Google display ad buying, delivery and measurement platforms. Understands client campaign goals, budgets, flight dates and any other data that is necessary to correctly onboard a client to provide campaign management services. Demonstrates proficiency using all relevant software tools: Google Docs, Microsoft Excel (basic and advanced), Microsoft PowerPoint. Demonstrates necessary expertise of the DV360 platform Stays up-to-date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations for improved performance. Monitors campaign pacing and analyzes campaign performance on a regular (daily/intra day) basis to determine adherence to budget and performance goals. Barring external factors, monitors and optimizes campaigns effectively to make the performance on par or better MoM, improving advertiser ROI. Minimum Qualifications 2-6 years of client-facing experience in account management, customer support and/or display advertising, SEM/PPC Adwords. Strong understanding of online advertising (display and/or search) and 3rd party advertising concepts. Familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as DSPs(DV360, TheTradeDesk, RocketFuel, Mediamath, Turn, Adobe, AppNexus,Amazon), DCM or DFP, as well as YouTube for advertising. High degree of MS Excel proficiency (including advanced features such as Functions and Pivot Tables) Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks. Ability to effectively communicate with various Google stakeholders. Minimal errors while writing the recommendations/ emails. Objective and analytical approach to decision making Fluent in spoken and written English. Flexible to work in night shifts. Preferred Qualifications Any Post Graduate Degree in a business discipline Certifications in DV360, AdWords, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, etc.
